Memopezil Refund Policy
The Memopezil refund window
Memopezil is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. The manufacturer asks that the product be used for at least 30 days before a refund is requested, because the typical reported wait for any noticeable change is three to four weeks.
How to claim a Memopezil refund

- Pack all bottles from the order, including empty ones.
- Enclose a note with your full name, the email address used to order, and the order ID.

Memopezil postage and costs
- Return postage is the buyer’s cost. We do not issue prepaid labels.
- Original shipping charges, where they were paid (the 2-bottle pack), are not refunded.
- The product price is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Memopezil refund timing
Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the returned bottles are received. The credit then typically takes a further 5 to 10 days to appear on the card, depending on your bank.
The Memopezil digital bonuses
The bonus guides supplied with the 3 and 6-bottle packs are digital. There is nothing to return, and no value is deducted from a refund.
What the Memopezil refund does not cover
- Claims made after day 60 from the purchase date.

- Return postage, and original shipping where it was charged.
- Parcels that cannot be shown to have arrived. This is the most common reason a refund stalls — a tracked service prevents it.
Damaged or incorrect Memopezil orders
If a bottle arrives broken, or with the safety seal under the cap already broken, photograph it before doing anything else and contact the order desk. That is handled as a replacement or refund outside the guarantee process and does not require you to have used the product.
Memopezil side effects and refunds
Digestive upset from bacopa, described on the how-to-use page, is a known property of that ingredient rather than a fault, and it is not in itself grounds for a damaged-goods claim — particularly if the capsules were not taken 20 to 30 minutes before a meal as the label directs. It is, of course, a perfectly good reason to use the 60-day guarantee.
